I’ve actually done some film & video productions, and it takes a LOT of work to make something look spontaneous! Anyone who has bought a house or moved, knows you can’t make the decision or weigh all the pros and cons after seeing 3 places ( many out of the buyers price range!) For filming purposes House Hunters only films people that already have a property, otherwise it is too much of a liability for them to film because people may change their mind on what place to pick, or they may not even want a place in the end. But I am with most of the others when they say, I watch the show to see the interiors of the homes, mostly I laugh at how goofy some of the people are on the show and only care about the houses in different areas of the countries.
